Steve has been building software teams longer than most of us have been writing code. He came up through engineering leadership, ran teams through the messy reality of shipping products, and developed a strong allergy to process that slows things down without adding anything useful.

These days he thinks a lot about how to use AI properly — not as a shortcut, but as a tool that genuinely changes what a small team can ship. He's a big advocate for what he calls Intent Driven Development: being deliberate about how you work with AI so you get better code, not just faster code.

He'll tell you when your idea needs more thinking before it needs more code. That's not a hedge — it's just honest.

Sherif is the guy who figures out how to make things actually work. Not in theory — in practice, under real constraints, with real users waiting on the other end.

He brings a builder's instinct to every project: start with what matters, cut what doesn't, and ship something you can put in front of people fast. He's done this across enough different contexts to know that the fastest path to a good product is usually a straighter line than most people draw.

Abs is the machine learning brain of the operation. He's been building ML systems and data architectures since before it was fashionable, and he has the rare ability to hold both the high-level vision and the low-level plumbing in his head at the same time.

He's fast. Colleagues say he picks up new technologies faster than anyone they've worked with — which matters a lot when AI tooling is moving at the pace it's moving right now. He's always a few steps ahead, which means the products he touches tend to be built on solid ground rather than whatever was trending last quarter.

His background covers ML architecture, system design, fintech, and database infrastructure. He brings all of it into what we build.

Oz is a full-stack tech lead who knows what it's like to build under real pressure. He's taken entire products from one business model to another on tight timelines, scaled development teams without letting the codebase turn into a mess, and mentored engineers while keeping delivery moving.

He has a bias for clean architecture and a low tolerance for unnecessary complexity. If the code doesn't need to be complicated, it won't be. That instinct — lean, working, maintainable — is exactly what we bring to the things we build for clients.
